Our philosophy is that wedding planning should be a collaborative process between you and all of your vendors to ensure that your special day truly reflects you as a couple.
We have found that an in-person consultation is always the best place to start and facilitates the most productive discussion. Once we determine if we are available to design for your wedding date, we will schedule time to meet with you in person. When this meeting occurs, we encourage you to bring any inspirational materials (stationery, photographs, color/fabric swatches, etc.) that are representative of the look/feel and mood you are trying to capture for your wedding.
Prior to this in-person meeting, we hope that you will look through our website portfolio/galleries and facebook and instagram pages to get a feel for our design style. When we meet, we will determine your preferences for flower types, colors and the overall vibe or theme you are hoping to achieve for your wedding as well as the specific services you will require for your big day. After our meeting, we will prepare a detailed proposal, which will reflect our discussion about your options and choices and email it to you. A non-refundable 20% retainer and signed contract are required to book the date.
A La Carte Event Pricing
All of our weddings are designed and priced individually and as a result we do not offer “package” pricing. Since each couple will have their own unique style and preferences for flower choice and the like, we price our pieces accordingly. “One size fits all” pricing would simply not work with our creative process. We offer our services to couples planning a wedding of any size and are happy to design only the pieces you require. Well it is impossible to price out individual pieces without having an in-person consultation, we can appreciate that having a rough idea of pricing can be helpful to our couples when planning out their budget. Below please find the starting prices for the typical pieces we design for our weddings.

Set-Up and Delivery
Since you will most likely have just a few things to do on your wedding day, we encourage you to allow us to provide set-up and delivery of your flowers by our staff to your ceremony/reception site. Set-up and delivery charges depend on distance traveled, time required for set-up, and number of staff needed. Charges are usually between 10 and 15% of the cost of the flowers. We are happy to offer set-up and delivery to most locations in Massachusetts, including southeastern Massachusetts, Boston and Cape Cod. We have also designed and delivered for weddings in Bristol and Newport Rhode Island.
Pick up at Our Studio
If you prefer, you are more than welcome to pick up at our studio in East Bridgwater, MA. We are also happy to offer this option to you if your event is outside our delivery area, or if you’d like to save the delivery fees. We’ll be sure to have everything carefully packed and ready for travel based on your scheduled pick up time.
